For more than thirty years the Forum for European Philosophy has sought to bridge the gap between analytic and continental philosophy. We were pleased in 2025 to announce the revival of the Forum, and we have since held two successful events in partnership with the Institute of Art and Ideas at the HowTheLightGetsIn Festival – one in London on “The Future of European Thought,” the other in Hay on “The Age of Assassination.”
We are thrilled to announce two further Forum events this September. The first, “Moral diversity – a new fit for the 21 century?” will take place on Friday, 18 September, from 18:00 to 19:30 at Swedenborg House, London. The discussion will feature Steve Lukes, Lea Ypi, Andrea Sangiovanni, and Shalini Randeria. And the Forum will again be partnering with the Institute of Art and Ideas at its Kenwood House Festival for an event on “Power in the Age of AI” with Steven Lukes and Audrey Borowski. This second event will take place at the Festival on Sunday, 20 September, at 14:00.
RSVP for the event on the 18th at forumffep@outlook.com and click the link below to see the Forum at HowTheLightGetsIn, the world’s largest philosophy and music festival, exploring philosophy, science, politics, and culture.
